Coronavirus Update as of March 19, 2020.

To our Valued Customers,

As you well know, the widening spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), along with warnings from global health authorities, is intensifying demand for infection control products globally. DASH Medical Gloves, along with the entire health care products industry, is experiencing increased pressure on the supply chain, primarily involving a range of products sourced from Asia. This situation is limiting the availability of essential items such as gloves and face masks.

We are making every effort to procure as much product as possible, but sourcing realities limit our ability to offer customers the quantities requested. As of today, we don’t expect this situation to change in the near term, and the risk is increasing that we may periodically run out of certain items in the weeks ahead. Over time we believe that supply should go back to normal as our factories adjust to the new demand.

Our top priority is our
existing customers and the ongoing operation of their practices. To that end, we have instituted the following procedures:

  • We are prioritizing orders from existing customers who have purchased within the past 12 months.

  • We will equitably distribute products to existing customers to avoid hoarding by a few.

  • Historic customer purchasing data will be applied to help us manage the allocation of items per order.
